I've tried booting up in Safe Mode, but as soon as it gets to there it has no response. ![]() Believe me, I've already been through a train of emails with Razer's customer support, and they essentially told me it must be my OS so wasn't their problem. Now I know it runs through Synapse 2.0, but before I can even get to the stage of using that software I first need my PC to recognize the mouse. Then, when Windows has loaded it says that it's found new hardware, 'Razer Deathadder 2013', and the New Hardware Wizard pops up but is unable to find any driver. However as soon as Windows activates it loses all power to it and is unresponsive. When I turn my PC on it powers up the Deathadder, it glows green etc and this remains the case if I keep it in BIOS. ![]() Note that it finds my other standard Microsoft USB mouse just fine, and has been working with that no problem. So I've bought the new Razer Deathadder 2013 and my Windows XP 32-bit won't find it. Hi all, not sure if this is the right place to post but I'm looking for help from people who understand PCs better than myself.
